What happens to a sock that disappears in the dryer - is it merely washed away, or is some supernatural event afoot? Left is an insecure red sock whose feisty mate Right comes up missing after laundry day. When he undertakes a thrilling quest to find and rescue his mate, he ends up toe to toe with the secret ruler of all lost socks – the Great Sock himself! With a little help from some unexpected friends like scatterbrained pigeons, crazy dust bunnies, heroic waterbugs and even a mysterious sewer alligator, Left learns that with teamwork great things can be accomplished, and two socks are better than one!
